Allyson Lynch

Allyson Lynch, soprano, is a vocal and teaching artist based out of the South Shore of Massachusetts. Having graduated with her Master of Music from the University of Louisville (UofL) in May 2020, she spent two years living and performing in the Bluegrass State. As the UofL Apprentice Artist with Kentucky Opera, Allyson performed in the company’s 2019-2020 season covering the roles of Countess in Le Nozze di Figaro and Micaëla in Carmen. Allyson made her international debut at the Teatro Nacional de Costa Rica in San Jose in 2019 as a soloist singing Vivaldi Gloria and Bach Magnificat with the UofL Sinfonietta and the Choral Institute of Costa Rica. Equally at home in opera and musical theater, Allyson has performed the roles of Madame de la Grande Bouche in Beauty and the Beast with New Bedford Festival Theater, Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd andAquata in The Little Mermaid with Company Theatre, Maria in Man of La Mancha with Americana Theatre Co., and Lottie in Show Boat with Fiddlehead Theatre. Allyson is also a passionate vocal pedagogue and runs a private voice studio on the South Shore. She is on the voice faculty of Spotlight Music and Theater Academy and collaborates as a vocal coach with Silver Lake Regional High School’s music and drama program. Allyson lives with her husband David and their dog Minnie.


David Tyler

David Tyler, baritone, is a singer and voice teacher in Plymouth, MA. He holds a Bachelor of Voice Performance from McGill University and a Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy from New England Conservatory. David has studied under renowned teachers Michael Meraw, Michael McMahon, and John Moriarty. He served as the bass section leader at Church of the Pilgrimage from 2012-2020 and has been Choir Director there since 2020. His recent performances include God Bless America at Fenway Park, Saint-Saëns’ Christmas Oratorio at Jordan Hall, Mozart’s Mass in C and Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass as a guest soloist with Pilgrim Festival Chorus. David was also selected as a finalist in the Boston Bruins’ National Anthem singer search, singing The Star-Spangled Banner at TD Garden. When he is not performing, David can be found spreading his passion for music through the local community. He has acted as a vocal coach for high school musical productions, assistant music director at Camp Aloha, and adjudicated MMEA Junior and Senior Districts. He is also a private voice teacher, guiding students in a variety of musical genres in the preparation of classical through contemporary repertoire using healthy singing techniques. David enjoys spending quality time with his wife Lea and their children Addie and Henry.
