As a Pilgrim Festival Chorus corporate partner, you enable us to present exciting, high-quality concerts that contribute to the “creative economy” of our community. Each sponsorship opportunity offers prominent promotional exposure and access to Pilgrim Festival Chorus’s supportive patrons, business, and community leaders.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Concert Sponsor – $1,000
(not exclusive)

  • Website listing and link to company website on pilgrimfestivalchorus.org prominent Corporate Partnership page for entire year (November-October).

  • Special recognition in either Christmas or spring concert program book.
     
  • Full-page black and white ad in either Christmas or spring concert program book.
     
  • Listing as a “Partner” in either Christmas or spring concert program book acknowledgement page and on PFC’s website for one year.
     
  • Promoting your company via our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with an exclusive “shout-out”.
     
  • Marketing email to PFC’s subscribers exclusively promoting your company with artwork; marketing content; and a link to your website.
     
  • Two concert tickets to either Christmas or spring concert for clients/business associates.

Concert Promoter – $2,000 (not exclusive)

  • Website listing and link to company website on pilgrimfestivalchorus.org prominent Corporate Partnership page for entire year (November-October).
     
  • Special recognition in either Christmas or spring concert program book.
     
  • Full-page black and white ad (in front section) in either Christmas or spring concert program book.
     
  • Listing as a “Benefactor” (2nd most prominent level) in either Christmas or spring concert program book acknowledgement page and on PFC’s website for one year.
     
  • Signage at either Christmas or spring concert.
     
  • Promoting your company via our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with an exclusive “shout-out”.
     
  • Marketing email to PFC’s subscribers exclusively promoting your company with artwork; marketing content; and a link to your website.

Adopt an Orchestra Section Sponsor – $3,000 (not exclusive)

  • Dedicated sponsor of a section of the orchestra for a spring concert major work or for a chamber ensemble for a Christmas concert (if applicable).
     
  • Website listing and link to company website on pilgrimfestivalchorus.org prominent Corporate Partnership page for entire year (November-October).
     
  • Special recognition in either Christmas or spring concert program book including separate listing on orchestra personnel page.

Exclusive PFC Sponsor – $10,000

  • Website listing as a stand-alone, Exclusive PFC Sponsor, for entire year (November- October) with a banner ad positioned on every page and a direct link to your landing page; promotion on two advertising pages; overview of your company at: pilgrimfestivalchorus.org.

  • Exclusive recognition in Christmas and spring concert program books with artwork; QR code; overview of your company.
     
  • Two full-page color ads (inside or back cover page and interior two-page color spread) in Christmas and spring concert program books.
     
  • Recognition (verbal) at Christmas and spring concert performances.
     
  • Opportunity for corporate representative to speak before the start of Christmas and spring concert performances.
     
  • Recognition of Exclusive PFC Sponsor on Christmas and spring concert program cover page. (The cover page is also the concert poster that is distributed to 150 businesses that promote the concert. In addition, 400 postcards with the same artwork that recognizes your company are mailed to potential concertgoers.)
     
  • Upgraded prominent signage at Christmas and spring concert performances.

Card to Culture Program

We are proud to participate in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, by breaking down financial barriers to cultural programming.

EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders receive free admission to concerts (up to two adults per card and any accompanying children under 18). See the full list of participating organizations offering EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare discounts.
